You’ve said it all. I have a 7 yr. old that morphs to the size of a college football player when in my bed. I’ve gotten to the point that when it’s too rough, I simply wait till she’s asleep and I hit the sofa!

Baba is totally the same he is in bed with me at the moment due to his op and he is only two but seems to take up the whole double bed. Mr L has to sleep on the chair bed as there isn’t any room in the bed for him with Baba! xx

Mine is playing the flute, I was a very confident player at school. However I haven’t picked on up for over 15years now I was saying to Mr L the other day that I would love to pick one up again and play I think it will take some more practice though. But it will happen I am sure! xx

All the skills I have learnt but the biggest one is my coaching work. How I work now is so slick but it never used to be. I am sure it will keep on getting stronger too.

i don’t think your blog is so much “lessons you learn from every day life” as much as the idea THAT one can learn lessons from every day life. this is a very specific point of view and way to approach life that can be helpful to people. your particular posts are examples of how to do that.
